Terms of Service

These terms apply to 1ManOS, the AI visibility service line operated by Olivia Beauty LLC dba Lil City Media ("Lil City Media," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using a service, you agree to these terms.

Free AI Visibility Snapshot

The free Snapshot is a limited, point-in-time observation. It typically includes one buying question checked across three named AI platforms, whether the business appears, one competitor, and one likely visibility gap. It is not a complete audit, ranking, or guarantee.

$99 AI Recommendation Report

The report includes 10 buying prompts across three AI platforms repeated three times, together with a competitor and source review and seven prioritized recommendations. The target delivery is within 48 hours after payment and required intake are complete. The full $99 may be credited toward a Foundation Sprint purchased within 30 days using the same customer email.

$997 AI Visibility Foundation Sprint

The Sprint implements three to five agreed high-impact fixes under a written scope. Work begins after access, dependencies, deliverables, exclusions, and completion criteria are confirmed. A report buyer eligible for the $99 credit pays a remaining balance of $898.

No guarantee of AI outcomes

AI answers can vary by platform, model, prompt, location, account state, browsing state, and date. We do not control AI systems and do not guarantee ranking, visibility, traffic, leads, revenue, citations, or recommendations.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate intake information, timely access, approvals, legal rights to submitted material, and compliance with platform rules. We do not fabricate reviews, identities, customer experiences, press coverage, or business claims.

Owned media disclosure

Lil City Media may publish owned or sponsored content. Such placements are labeled and are not represented as independent editorial endorsement. A placement does not guarantee an AI recommendation.

Refunds

If the delivered $99 report is not useful, request a refund by replying to the delivery email within 14 days. Sprint refunds are evaluated against the written scope, work completed, third-party costs, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the delivered report and business-specific work product for your own business. We retain our pre-existing methods, templates, software, and general know-how.
